In Miami, Florida, the Luis Sports Development & Education Academy was born, founded by the couple Reggie Luis Charles, professional basketball player and pride of the Dominican Republic, and Verónica Luis, whose Ecuadorian roots and basketball background bring depth to the vision. Together—a partnership on and off the court—they transformed passion into legacy, with a mission to inspire, train, and empower athletes.

Adels Rch forged a strategic partnership with the Los Colibríes Training School, founded by Mr. Muñiz in Ecuador. Through this collaboration, young athletes from Ecuador experienced an unforgettable week in Miami, Florida—immersed in basketball activities, visiting iconic landmarks, and touring prestigious universities, opening doors to dreams beyond the court.

Adels Rch expanded its impact across provinces in the Dominican Republic, sharing its vision of empowering athletes. Basketball clinics were held to identify and evaluate promising talent. Beyond the court, participants received training in mathematics, English, and computer skills, with continued support offered through the academy’s virtual educational platform.

Adels Rch visited the Ministry of Sports of the Dominican Republic, presenting its mission and vision while submitting a documented proposal for full collaboration. This step marked a significant stride in building partnerships with national educational authorities and advancing the academy’s institutional objectives.

Adels Rch was launched through a hybrid press conference held in the Dominican Republic and streamed to audiences in Europe, Africa, South America, Central America, and the Caribbean. This event marked a new chapter of global expansion for the institution, highlighted by the participation of Co-Founder and Ambassador Rj Luis Jr.

Our Co-Founder & Ambassador, Rj Luis Jr., traveled to the Dominican Republic to take part in an intensive physical training program. Guided by a team of dedicated coaches, he prepared himself both physically and mentally to begin his high school journey

Adels Rch conducted an educational activity in the San Pedro neighborhood of Higüey, Dominican Republic, together with coach Víctor Manuel and physiotherapist Bernardo Natera, delivering a dynamic talk on injury prevention for young athletes.

On another occasion, Adels Rch hosted an activity featuring Reggie Luis Charles, Co-Founder & CEO, alongside special guest Jeison Colomé. As a national and international professional basketball player, Colomé shared his inspiring journey, motivating young athletes to pursue their dreams with dedication and resilience.

Earlier this year, Adels  Rch welcomed Emely Rodríguez, the first female basketball player from the Dominican Republic, to Miami. The institution awarded her a full scholarship and housing, covering all expenses and reaffirming its commitment to empowering athletes and opening doors for future generations.

Nine young athletes from the Dominican Republic joined Adels Rch, receiving full support that included scholarships and housing. This initiative strengthened the academy’s mission to develop and empower talent from the earliest stages of training, providing opportunities that extend far beyond the court.

Adels Rch, together with the institution 7×3 Solutions, developed the official website of Rj Luis Jr. with the goal of expanding his reach and strengthening his presence across digital media.

Rj Luis Jr., Ambassador & Co-Founder of Adels Rch, reached remarkable milestones in his athletic career. He was named a Consensus Second-Team All-American, honored as the Big East Player of the Year, selected to the First-Team All-Big East, and recognized as the MVP of the Big East Tournament—a testament to his dedication and excellence on the court.

On June 26, 2025, our Ambassador & Co-Founder, Rj Luis Jr., signed a two-way contract with the Utah Jazz after going undrafted in the NBA Draft. Shortly after, on August 5, 2025, he was traded to the Boston Celtics in exchange for Georges Niang and two future second-round draft picks—marking the beginning of his professional journey in the NBA.
